Request data deletion

You can ask Viaan Enterprises to delete information you shared through enquiries or the WhatsApp service.

Send your request

Email viaanenterprisesnsk@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name, the phone number or email address used to contact us, and the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary identity documents.

What happens next

We review your request and may ask you to verify that you control the relevant phone number or email address. We will explain the action taken and any information we must retain for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution reasons.

Scope of a request

Your request applies to records controlled by Viaan Enterprises. It does not delete your WhatsApp account, copies of messages on your own device, or information independently held by Meta or other services. Contact those services separately for their own deletion processes.
